Why crawler is not picking Meta tags?

Hi

My site http://www.yaseenmedium.com/ is not getting indexed with its meta tags. I have checked Traffic stats and reviewed all the traffic stats. That stats shows that googlebot crawled my site 18 th september. but crawler not indexing it with meta information.
when I check indexing with site command site:www.yaseenmedium.com at google then it display url only.
please help me out.

go to "settings" then "Privacy" and allow search engines access to your site.

Yeah, that's the problem. You will never be indexed with that meta tag.
