    There's no new way to register with adsense. The only way is through this link.

    Make sure you have website or blog with original content and with some traffic.

    Hello this is my first post here in DP.

    Are you new in adsense? I think you need to have an established website first with lots of unique content and then use it to apply in google adsense program.
