why CJ reduce my earnings?

    hi, i make 28.85 euro $ with CJ in 2006.

    but i didn't request a payment.

    and i didn't do CJ since then.

    i login in my CJ account last days. i found that CJ has reduce 10 euro $ for two times.

    and my earning is only 8.85 euro $.

    why does CJ reduce my money?

    Some advertisers cancel the sales before locking the commission. Check if any of your sales changed to 0. Maybe the customer you referred has issued a refund so even your commission is chargedback.

    but the sale has occured one years ago. CJ just reduce 20 euro $ these days.
