Why CJ not paying me for leads

    Hello Friends,

    I've applied for one program in cj and it pays £2 per lead. performance report shows 3 leads for that program but my earning is still £0. Can anyone explain me why CJ is not paying me for that leads ...???

    It takes a few hours, hold one, reporting is not in real time, it shows on performance first then it will appear on leads, total $ earned, etc. If it has been more than 24 hours than you should worry

    Don't worry, it will be credited or the lead did not get tracked. As long as its a genuine lead, it should be added anytime. :)

    Its not really like that, I have seem genuine leads not getting credited the system fails sometimes.

    Example, yahoo says that it takes 14 days for sales to show up on CJ etc, this is a different case because its sales, it need to be checked manually etc and the advertiser is making it clear about the 14 days delay.

    Any other case, if the advertisers didnt say anything and if its leads then it should appear in few hours or you just lost the commission for that lead, EVEN FROM GENUINE LEADS, reason it didnt get credited is: ONLY GOD KNOWS.

    It is supposed to appear within hours...(2-4 hours) if it has been a lot longer than that (lets say 24 hours) its most likely it wont get credited at all...you will see it.

    yes. true & advertisers reverse some leads. Got to blame the advertisers here..I don't think CJ has control over it.

    Maybe the advertiser didn't like how you sent the leads. I'd contact them and see what's going on before doing more promotion of the offer.

    I've had leads registered on CJ like that aswell, I think its because the person does'nt confirm their email or something.

    Also on some of them CPL things the user has to complete and offer or refer someone else before you get paid. Check the terms.

    If it is a real lead, then you will be credited eventually. It could take some time to process.
