why chitika is not displaying their ads in india

why chitika is not displaying their ads in india they are just showing their ads only for the usa visitors?

 

maybe they don't like their ads shown in India area.

While having Chitika Premium on your site, there are other options for your non-search and international traffic:

1. You can set up your Chitika ad units to collapse into nothing on your page. (Recommended) so your users will not be bothered with an un-targeted ad.
2. You can show any other ad of your choice - for example Google AdSense.
3. Or you can show non-targeted filler ads from the Chitika network.

I can't see Chitika ads either, but have gain little money from Chitika already.
At least, the earning proved the Chitika ads on our site works.

 

Chitika expands into Europe this year. Perhaps also to Asian countries.

 

But currently only in US and CA. Read the FAQ.

 

I am not in us or canada...But i like to see des for real....which proxy to use? plz help....

 

Check this chitika review video out from the thread: you have to place chitikatest or something in the URL to show the ads for yourself as a test.

 

Interesting, how do you know? Are you either a representative of Chitika or did you get this information from a Chitika representative? If it's true, I'm very excited as I think this is the next big step to better Chitika's unique offering.

Even though Chitika shows up in India, you still can't earn much from it. Even my site has 80% US traffic but still got nothing from them. The reason is because the ads shows only for new visitors which comes from Google search or other site which is not direct link. If regular visitors come by direct link or bookmark, then the ad doesn't show up. So how can I get revenue since my users are always old. Anyway I gave up Chitika already. I can't endure to see $0.00 for more than 3 days. Using others like Adbrite is even better.

 

I've just started with Chitika premium, although I used to have eminimalls. I can see pageviews and clicks, so it is working although I can't see the ads

 

If you're having trouble seeing the ads, make sure you're coming to your site via a search engine. If you go directly to your homepage, no ads will display - same deal for your regular readers. That's part of what I like - unless you know somebody is actively searching for something, to the degree that they Google or Yahoo! search it, we don't serve them ads. The targeting is better, so your clickthroughs should be pretty good.

@parmod gusain: the most important thing for revenue with Chitika is generating US/Canada search engine traffic. Check with your site and see where it stands in regards to US-based Google, Yahoo!, Live, etc. keyword searches. If you want to drive Chitika revenue, concentrate your site growth strategies on that.

Also, @swanbros, I'm curious how you like Chitika|Premium as compared with the eMiniMalls.

I have a site http://india-jobs-opening.blogspot.com/. I have added chitika code for displaying add. But It is not showing on my page. Is it problem with India Publisher?

Yup ads currently only showing in US and Canada Oh Canada. USA! USA! But they will add India eventually when they friggin feel like it.

 

To show ads type url like this, separate keyword with '+'

#chitikatest=your+keyword+to+test

Try this, add this #chitikatest=mortgage after you url and refrsh you can see the chitika ads.

 

Now i use google adsense, i also plan to use chitika on my blog.
