What is the reason for this ? Can you receive wires to a bank account located outside your country of residence ?
i don't know the reason but for the second question i don't see why it wouldn't be possible to receive wires outside your country of residence. don't know if it is possible or not but assuming that it is possible
Yes, they have international wire transfer, but first you will need to get 3 checks with $500, then you can contact them for this option!
The checks don't need to be $500. You can even change the cheque option to $10 to get the cheques quicker!
Soon I will get my 3rd check. Looking forward for the wiring oney option. My Bank charges allot for the checks.
just so you all now. its charging also for wired transfer. Here is what i received from Clickbank when i asked if the can change my payment from checks to wire: Hello, Thanks for your inquiry. In your country of residence, we can wire the funds to you if you wish. There is a $35 banking charge that is deducted from each wire made. To setup the wire we need the following information: Bank name Account name Account address Account number Bank SWIFT code IBAN (if available). Kind regards, ClickBank Accounting
Clickbank are not charging for 35$ wire transfer. The 35$ fee is standard for wire transfers. It's what the banks charge in order to conduct a wire transfer. Clickbank don't take the 35$ for themselves
So I can get wire trransfer from clickbank even if my country is not listed for direct deposit option???? If yes it would be so cool....
See here, I thought Direct Deposit (XACH) was all the wire options they did. I had not heard of the $35 option until now. btw they refer to both XACH and ACH. Not sure of the difference: http://www.clickbank.com/blog/tag/xach/ Basically if you have one of the following countries there is no charge: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States When I gave them my bank details for this, I did not need to give them BIC or IBAN, just my regular domestic bank details. It's kind of like a regular wire but better, if you see what I mean.
Direct Deposit is not wire transfer. Those are two similar but different things. You have to pay 35$ for an international wire transfer, this is coming for a person who regularly sends out wire transfers abroad, and receives wire transfers as well. Direct deposit works differently. Clickbank has banks accounts in the countries that they offer Direct Deposit. So, if you live in Spain for example, and you're ought to receive direct deposit, Clickbank has a bank account in Spain, and clickbank sends you the money from their spanish bank account, to your spanish bank account, thus, for a domestic transfer (in the same country), there is no 35 charge, and the money arrive the same day or the next day. Whereas for an international wire transfer, the charge is 35$, and it takes up to 3 working days for the funds to reach your account.
A great move by Clickbank by introducing wire transfer to so many countries. I am one of the persons who is getting paid weekly from clickbank.com thorugh wire transfer. I felt much comfortable than checks. Its fuly automatic. Love to see everything is happening in background automatically.

I think they do it in order to reduce fraud. With the 3 checks requirement, they can verify that you live where you say you live.
