Why can't you re-submit a site?

It seems a bit unfair that if your first application is turned down, Google 'bans' you from submitting any other sites...

Also, are either of these sites unaccpetable, and if so - what can I do to rectify this?

    www.workingmansband.com
    www.nothingontheradio.com
    www.nothingontheradio.com/forums

    Thanks! :)

I don't think Adsense bans you from applying with a new site, unless you were banned for other reasons. At least, I've never heard of this.

By the way, why are you running Google Analytics on the first site if you don't have Google Adsense?

Just for the stats really, any reason not to?

Did you find anything 'wrong' with either of the sites btw?

have you modified the site www.workingmansband.com since it was rejected by Google? or was it like this when you submitted it? bcz i don't see any reason for rejection here.. but as webby said.. could be due to the copyright violation

Try submitting again with www.nothingontheradio.com. That should work.

The trouble is, when I try to re-apply it says that my email is used for an account that is already set up - fair enough, but when I try to log in with the email it says

apply with a new email ID, or resubmit your application.
Reply to the mail you've got with the note of your application rejection.

Nope, they kicked me off when I got up to $80 last year. Claimed that I had clicked my own ads just because they were from the same IP: College internet anyone?

    Duh!!!
Dude you should have told us that at very first place.
My advice now: forget about adsense, you have lost the chance, If you manage to get into again somehow, it wont be any use, you'll get banned again.
Google doesnt allow banned webmasters to participate in adsense ever again.

Forget adsense and try to apply for some other network, and dont forget to block the whole IP list for your college to see the ads, to be on safer side.
(I assume that you are telling the truth about the ban, that you didnt click your ads...)

You should have tried to get reinstated when you got banned, applying for another account won't help.

Seems really unfair to me - AdSense are taking advtanage of the fact they they (Google) are a really big company and I'm just an individual. They could easily just kick off everyone who is nearing the pay-out mark ($100) and sit comfortably behind their TOS as an excuse.

What is the best AdSense alternative?

Hmmm, so what is it exactly that gets banned?

I assumed that AdSense would ahve so many applicants that if I just put in a different email address and name then it would work - but it didn't :-/

I even went to the trouble of getting a new URL.

If I put a completely different name, will it matter? As long as it pays to my PayPal account?
