    Alot of people try to sell the sympathy card, but isn't that everyone's goal in life? To make money, no matter what. Everyone has their ways, and I guess whatever works, works.

    Yes being honest throughout the whole sale of a site is the way to go. If your not it will only come back to haunt you.

    people will sell it for money and only money ! and if they are selling a good site for cheap .. then there is really some problem ... thats what i think ! cheers !

    'Im not interested in it anymore.' is usually my truthful reason. I'm happy to earn residual income but if I stop caring about the site I'd rather not keep it.

    Personally sometimes I do selling my sites or domain because I want to get rid of it.
    It is good to know that we can sell it to the right person that can maintain the sites

    Your right there is nothing more that I hate when I sell a site and the new owner has let it fall apart. Why would you not take care of it? Who knows, to each his own i guess!
