Why can't I start threads in the marketplace?

    The site says I have a liked a post, so shouldn't that make me an established member, able to start threads in the marketplace forums?

    Earlier today I was scrolling on one of the business forums. A member posted a thread asking for some advice. Another member came on and posted. I thought it was a good suggestion and gave that member a like.
    That's how you do it, so good luck with that and get busy getting your 2 likes.;)
