Why can't I open my google blogspot

    I can't open my google blogspot, but I can edit and submit articles. Why? Have you all met this before? Or does it depend on the location?

    It can be about your blogspot settings.Check your layout "edit html" page.

    No, I'm the admin, I created this blogger by myself and checked every settings, all are kept as an open status. The homepage and each blog page can't be opened, i.e.: expect the management page, all can't be opened.
