Why Can't I Make Threads In Buy & Sell Section?

    I've had my account for over 14 days and posted way over 25 posts in the Buy & Sell section. It says it can take up to an hour for my permissions to update though its been over 24 hours. Just wondering why i still can't make threads in the Buy & Sell section.
