why can't I leave feedback for transactions?

everytime I try to leave feedback it says invalid deal URL. I'm new here but is that the problem

 

Is it a problem with only 1 transaction, all every one

it has happened to me once, i dont know why though, but only once, every other time is fine for me

 

I have tried to leave feedback for 2 different users. With both of them when I tried to leave feedback it gave error message saying invalid deal URL.

in the first transaction the other user said that when he tried to leave me feedback he did get the same error message too

 

You have to type in or copy the url of the thread where you had the transaction. In case you try to copy the url from the page where you are giving the feed back, that is not the correct one. You have to go back and copy(I usually copy it) the url from the thread where you had the transaction. This could be the problem.
There is a limit of how many itrader you can give on 1 day. I think it is 2. I am not too sure. That could be another reason.

But i got always a error message . Why?

 

because your Deal URL is not valid. You are not allow to trade in "Payment Processing".

By feedback do you mean iTrader?

One reason I could think of is that you are a very new user to the forum. The forum policy says:

You must have been a member for 14 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 25 total posts to post in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum

BST is the only forum where you can leave iTraders.
