Rules Why can't I have a signiture?

    I'm already a member for more than 7 days, and I have more than 10 posts... why can't I still have a signature? When I go to http://forums.digitalpoint.com/profile.php?do=editsignature , it says I am not permitted to have a signature!!!

    Can someone please clarify.
