I dont understand, I went through the entire process of submitting a publisher ad request, and yet no response. I have waited over 4 weeks now. Is it becasue they do not think my site is worthy enough? Just a little confused and thought maybe someone here could help...

    Later...

    Just tell us our site,
    send them e-mail,
    ask them again!

Assuming you are from the US (a requirement) is the site you submitted the one in your profile? You need to submit a completed website, not a "coming soon."

If you submitted a completed website, four weeks isn't all that unusual. Yahoo seems to send out approvals all at once.

Re-submit your application or call their reps. to check the status of your application. ;)

    Good luck buddy,

I submitted my application three weeks ago and no response but I hear that the program is still in Beta and that they are now taking their time on who they add. I think we all need to be patient

yupie, it's not something we usually called 'first come, first serve'. If we are lucky enough will receive their response if not ya have to wait or re-submit every 3-4weeks :D

They open up spots like a thousand at a time, I believe. So, not all applications will immediately be reviewed and accepted. The invites tend to come in batches.

My first application wasn't accepted for about 4 weeks, this was at the very early stages though. In the second, I mentioned how I wasn't happy with my recently decreased adsense earnings, and am very interested in YPN as an alternative. Cha-ChING, quick acceptance :D

This system is by invite only. Was your application for an invite, or do you have an invite that you responded to?

In looking at some of the site you have talked about, not sure if they will let you in with them.

I just got mine approved today. It took almost 6 weeks for them to respond. Either they are getting a huge amount of requests or they simply like to see if you will be patient and check your information.

At any rate I am looking forward to trying out the code now.

    Still waiting

Can someone take a screenshot of what an approval looks like?

I would like to see it. Maybe I accidently deleted it? But that would be stupid. Im sure it would say 'Yahoo' under the sender.

Anyway this sucks. By the time I do get in the average EPC will have plummeted.

You should most likely receive it in about a week or so if it has been a few weeks now. I know I got impatient as well and was about to contact them today when I got mine in the mail. It says Yahoo Publishers Network in the subject line of the email.
