Why can't I find a site with PR when I do site:domain.com

    A friend of mine was like hey can you look at my site... so I look at it and it has a pr2 - so I can't find this domain in google though... when I do a site:domain.com it doesnt come up - doesnt come up at all...

    does this mean the site is banned? it appears to have backlinks?

    please advise...

    you can try submit your Sitemap to Google, yahoo site explorer, social bookmarking, blog directory and more
