Why can't i attach my cc to paypal?

    I have a visa electron euro<26 card but i cant attach it.
    It give's me the error:
    " This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card."
    I made the cc about 2 weeks ago
    Btw i'm from Romania
    Does any1 know why i'm not allowed to add it?

    Probably PP has no policy in place for cc originating from Romania.

    the reason is that your card hasn't the minimum fund ( 2$ ) which paypal will withdraw from your card .

    Oh i didnt realise that
    The card was new and i didnt have any $ on it
    I still dont have cuz i'm to lazy to go to the bank
    Will go there 2morrow and try to solve the problem
