Why can not start a new thread in buy,sell or trade?

i am a member of this forum for 15 days. i have 64 posts and don't have any bad reputation. but i can't start a new thread in but,sell or trade. i think i have fulfilled all the requirements.
can anyone tell me why i can not start a new thread in but,sell or trade?

 

Hmmm, it might simply be because your permissions haven't been activated yet. You need to be a member for 14 days and, from what you say, you are on day 15. Maybe, because of time zone differences (or something like that) the timing is off just a bit??? Either way, I don't think it's anything you need to be overly concerned about just yet so you may wish to hold patient a bit longer. However, after reading through the rules, that's just my 'guess'.

Let's hope I'm right, eh?!
