Why can I not Post

    Hi all

    I am having problems trying to post in the "Buy, Sell & Trade" forum "templates".
    The site says I do not have rights to do that, so I read the inforation and saw i had to post 10 postings in the Website review forum.

    I have done this yet I still can not post in the Buy, Sell & Trade forum.

    Please tell me what I am missing??
