I have been advised to bookmark my article submissions, but I can not see the benefits of this. I have submitted 30 articles to 6 article submission sites. Therefore, this has generate 180 links to where my articles are published (6x30). I have then been advised to use www.socialmarker.com to automatically submit these 180 links to 48 social bookmark sites. Is this really necessary to bookmark the articles I submit? Thanks Jimbob
I will said that the article submission will help you to get indexed by search engine and bring you traffic. However, you shall go for those popuar article submission site and your article must be quality, unique and interesting
For me not... because on of the reason why you submit to article directories is just for backlinks or traffic(maybe). Instead of bookmarking your article you can directly bookmark you own site
why not book mark it? If yoy have the energy and time to do so then it can only bring you traffic directly or indirectly through search engines I would say continue doing it Just to increase your chances
bookmarking a site never brings traffic. i think they provide backlinks too. Also, don't use automated submission softwares
well as far as i know submitting the article on article submission directories bring a lot of traffic but have never heard of the benefits that bookmarking can bring,it is the first time hearing about this.well i will try it and then let you know the result.
I always submit to 5 dofollow social bookmarks that I have picked out that get indexed quick to put a few more backlinks onto the article and get it ranked slightly higher in some cases which means more clickthroughs on the article.
makes sense to me. Whenever I add something to stumble I get at least 60 visits from it. With Digg it's closer to 300. Makes sense to add to as many sites as you can. The more traffic the better even though most of it will bounce right out.
By Bookmarking your article submissions you are increasing the amout of backlinks the article has, this therefore increases the strength of the articles rankings in the search engines thus bringing the article more traffic and hopefully increasing your CTR. Bookmarking will also bring traffic from the social bookmarked sites, however this is just a secondary effect.
it helps get each of your articles indexed and it also helps get traffic to each article which is a good thing
By submitting the article to the social bookmark sites, you allow the article to get indexed in google faster as well as providing some do follow external links to your article which will now have even more power to pass to your site.
Well this indirectly increases traffic to your site and increases the speed at which links to your site will be indexed, if you are willing to put in the effort it could only help.
