Hello everybody, I am facing the big problems with Supplement results on my blog.suppose that i posted a new and unique content in bloggers.com in two or three days it go in cache but after next 2 or 3 days its go in Supplement results its really frustrated me.. what is the reason behind it i can't understand.How can i reomve Supplement results on my blogs. a url of the blog would be great! Does every single page have a unique meta description and unique titel? is it only reachable by a single url and not 7 different pointing to the same page?
What is the length of the content that you post in each post? I mean the word count. It may be unique content, but if it is very less, the page is bound to go into Supplemental results, due to 2 reasons: All blog pages are almost always identical and it is only the content that makes them unique. So you have to have *More* unique content for them to get out of the Supplemental Results. Second reason could be the lack of incoming links to the new pages. Just get a few links from here and there, from forums or other blogs and you should be out of the Supplemental Index. This uniqueness and content problem can be solved with time as people come and comment on the blog posts, which helps to add more related content to the posts.

Raising the PR of the pages will help - just about the only thing PR is good for Get some links, not just to the index page, but into all of the main category pages also to raise the importnace of your internal pages.

Adding Google Adsense ads to pages help the pages get out of the Sandbox fast. But I am not sure if Google Adsense Ads can help the page get out of Supplemental Results.

Hi guys, Thank you for correcting me, but that is what I had known for a while now. Some articles that you find on other blogs, like this Get Out of Google Sandbox also mentions the use of Adsense Ads on pages. But I guess its just an opinion to get the pages indexed fast, rather than getting out of the sandbox.
add more contents and don't duplicate contents or copy from others just make it unique.... build many quality links ... And wait for Google to spider your site and see the results...
get more backlinks to your blog and you will be fine. being thrown at google's supplemental database is normal.
