Why Blogger Should Not Be Used For Adsense

Yes, Blogger is among the worst platform ever if you choose it to make money with Adsense. There might be many of you who not agree with me. Last time, I did read about the risk of losing your blog, but I didnt care much about it. Ironically, few days later, my blog has been disabled, due to fuzzy spam blog classification.

It is my biggest mistake, not to transfer the blog to hosted blog (e.g wordpress). It happened to my blog, also to this very popular blog (hip2save.blogspot.com) which received aroud 80k visitors a month. Then the stupid fuzzy spam blog classification disable the blog. Fortunately for the owner, her blog has been restored and she already moved her blog to hosted blogging platform.

In my case, after weeks, my blog still not restored. I ask for help here but didnt get the help needed anyway. My blog is not as big as Hip2Save, but I already worked hard for it. It takes my time from am to am, to establish it. Most of the contents on my blog are written by myself. Some of them are bought from forums. What really dissapoint me is Google Employee said it is a scraper! Scraper site only use other contents from other website for it.

Many of people who ask for their blogs to be restored, still not get their blogs back. If you want to make serious money with Adsense or any other programs, do not choose Blogger. You have been warned.

If the fuzzy spam blog classifier is still active, and there is no serious action from Blogger team to fix it, there will be more and more spam blogs will be created on blogger. Why? Because sooner or later people who actually serious want to make money online (and will possibly produce good quality blog) will not consider Blogger or Blogspot to host his/her blog. The wise way to have hosted blog, and use Blogger to get backlinks only to the main blog. If the blogspot blog is disabled or deleted, he/she will just have to create another one.

Even if using a free blogging service, not getting a domain is always suicidal. Also, your domain is your brand and you can take it anywhere you like.

It's been accused for spamming. However the blog is not a spam blog. It is legit and almost all articles are written by myself. Some of the content (about 10%) are bought.

Yes Blogger are integrated with Adsense. My point here is, there is high chances for any blog to get shut down due to fuzzy automatic spam blogs classifier. It might happened when your blog already getting lots of traffic and making your lots of money with adsense.

Blogger can be a good platform for newbies, to learn on how to blog, as it is easy to use. However it is wise for them to transfer their blogger blog, once it already making money and getting lots of visitors, to hosted blog platform, in order to avoid the chances of their blogs getting disabled.

I think it's a fair price to pay for creating a free blog that does not require any maintenance or technical knowhow. If you break the rules your blog is toast! And if the blog is disabled by mistake the owner can get it back sometimes.

Yes agreed with you mate. Domain name can be a "savior" when something bad happened to a blogger blog.

I not break the rules. If you read the thread I opened at Google Help forum, Nitecruzr already check the blog, and it is not scraper. Gatsby (Google employee) accused my blog as a scraper. Scaper is a website that uses content from other websites, often utilize automatic content scraping technique (plugin, script).

Totally agree, hosting is not so expensive, so just buy a host and have your own domain
