Can anyone guide me why my site's back links is decreasing day by day in Google and what could be the reason behind it. In previous month my site has approx 900 back links and now it has only 550, how I will overcome with this problem.
Check your backlinks then paste them all into an excel sheet of some sort and then the next day see which links are dropping off.

Are you checking it from Google Webmaster report? That is not a good reflection on the total number of backlinks. It counts mostly the newer links, the links that you build up last month.
This has been like this for as far back as i can remember. The secret is to consistently build quality link to your site.
