why arent there anymore GBA ROM sites?

    Yup they are very much illegal. Try p2p softwares like limewire or torrents. They have lots of roms there available for download.

    GBA is old.. there traffic probably dropped to much so they quit the site.

    it's very illegal. The GBA wasn't that great a console anyway.

    Its only illegal if you dont own the real game. Even if you do own the real game most sites want you to delete them within 24 hours of downloading. There are many ROM sites available, you just have to find them :)
