A best question : Why would they buy from you ? What discount will they get ? What special features they get for free ? Which guarantee ? What makes the client prefer your store than others ??? If you make solutions to those questions, your store will just become a success on the net.
1. bc we have the cheapest prices on the web. 2. more than 20% on all items. 3. simple, easy ordering and shipping.
I dont see how support AFTER orders will make more orders....? I did some advertising but never came out on top. If i spent $200 on advertising, I would make $150-$175 so i was loosing money. I get about 50 visitors a day... most from google. you think i would get some orders...
You think support AFTER orders is not important ? Then why would people recommend you ? You think your product prices are the most important thing ?
Very long load time for me for the page. Are you running analytics to see how they are getting to your store?
Also, not in love with the name. When I saw the name of your site in this post - I did not have pleasant thoughts.. It is very tough to get a negative feeling out of someones mind..
I know for myself one of the first things that attracts me to a product is price. It says 70% off but I think if you actually put a price for each item where the picture of the product is it may help.
Site seems a bit slow, that might cause some to jump ship. As the previous post says, make sure they now the value of the buy right as they enter the site.
I agree with safenet - the name was not appealing nor is the overall design and logo. You should hire someone from 99designs.com, I'm sure they can do better with your site and logo. There are many perfume vendors online and you need to stand out just like everyone is saying. I'm sure you have the better prices and easier checkout but it needs to be conveyed in an eye catching way. "Compare our prices to ..." Perfume Bay costs...." etc.... Then your marketing needs to be tweaked - if you're spending $200 and making $150-175 you can fine tune your ppc campaign (better quality score, etc.) Only constructive criticism and not bagging on you - Hope this helps,
Price is definitely the most important with your niche, so comparisons, and lots of them are very important. To be honest, and I know you won't want to hear it - The name of your site is very off-putting. I know there is nothing that can be done about it now, but unless you have some catchy eye grabbing prices, I wouldn't click on a site with that sort of name. It makes me think of hunting related stuff, like deer scent, or a site that sells fart in a can or something. If your getting lots of traffic, with little conversions its all about prices and my comments about your domain are pointless. GL
The real question is what are you doing to promote it? There's hundreds millions of web sites, and the vast majority get virtually no traffic. 50 visitors a day is nothing -- you need 1000s. It's not "build it and they shall come". They don't and they won't just because it exists! Marketing is the hardest and most time consuming part of running a web business, and you need to be clever to stand-out and be noticed. Perhaps use the silly domain name to your advantage? We smell! We're swell! We sell!
