Here is my site http://mgtechweb.com now when I google the company name, i see about 3 pages of results. But when I use a backlink tool, it shows no backlinks.

Your backlinks might have gotten deindexed, it's been happening to a ton of people lately.

Make sure you're adding backlinks to good places and not throwing links around

backlink tool is depend on spider crawling, spider coverage and technologies, none of the spider able to crawl entire worldwide site even Google. Backlinks are not show up could be timing delay, or the not list into priority coverage.

Use soem pro backlink checker, even it is hard to get one since Yahoo cancel its backlink service.

When did you create these backlinks?

Indexes like the ones used by Majestic SEO or SEOMOZ opensiteexplorer get updated on a periodic basis (anywhere from 14-30 days usually) and may take some time to show up, especially if they are on sites that are not highly authoritative (new, few backlinks, etc.)

Most tools use their own spider, so they probably didn't crawl your site or links yet. What tool are you using? Try ahrefs.com for up to date tracking (30 min interval).

Every backlink tool yields different results. Check Google Webmaster Tools and see if they are in there.

Quality is more important than quantity. If you build links fast and you don't get deindexed you have to keep the velocity for months so it looks natural. Blackhat is what people consider to be blackhat, even directory submission can be considered blackhat.

I see, so I have to be patience. Even so, I believe that it's better to wait than to use foul techniques, right.

i think that your backlink was created in the near time, and thats the reason why google didn't match your backlink

I agree with sultanofseo. I have checked your site in Google and in a tool but there is nothing to show. But you can see your submissions by putting mgtechweb.com in Google.

    Hi EteriuM,
I have a question if you don't mind. I am quite new to link building subject so i am wondering what do you mean by build links fast?
Personally I try to build links naturally with blog comments, forum comments and directories submissions and all that manually. How often and how many comments (blog or forum) and submissions should I do in order to build links with a good velocity?
I would appreciate your answer. Thank you in advanced.
