    Yea thats true, but I was referring if you only have one account and that person did something wrong. DP does permament bans in that way?

    i think giving infractions for starting a thread in wrong category should be stopped.. no like i'm justifying myself because i recently got an infraction for this reason, but a suggestion.

    new members might find it difficult to locate the correct forum in the beginning. there are many sections, all of which related in some way or the other to the topic: Increasing a site's traffic...

    I don't think so. If a newcomer has not learned how to locate the correct forum to create a thread after 9 infractions for the same thing then he obviously is not paying attention and not reading the forum descriptions. It pretty much spells it out plainly the type of threads to post in which forums. It even has a check box asking "ARE YOU SURE?"

    Definitely right! Me myself has gone with this punishment for more or less 1 month. I couldn't understand why I still have infraction after my long bancation? :)
