Why are sites allowed to park trademarked domains?

    I have seen sites that park trademark names, usually with things like .org or .info etc
    Why is it that the trademark holder of these big companies not force them to hand over the names?

    Why are the cops not catching every driver who violates the speed limit?

    The reality is not everyone gets caught, and not all disputes are legitimate or
    so. That doesn't mean you won't get caught, though.

    There's not enough cops to do that, but they certainly would if they could.

    No doubt. And so would the trademark holders themselves if they could.
