Why are PR4 and PR5 domains in such short supply right now?

    There used to be tons of PR4's for sale in the domains marketplace..now there are hardly any, and they are all a lot more money. a few months back..there were tons of em, and you could get em for $50 or $60 bucks.

    Any insights?

    google is samrt now. they are making PR n/a when the domain drops and takes time to get PR. so thats why shortage

    well google has changes its policy,active sites hardly get pr4 now,you need lots of backlinks and unique content to get pr 4 now
