Why Are My Rankings Inconsistent?

Hello there, I have an important question that has been on my mind for awhile. I co-own the site EastCoastAirsoft.com, and we are trying to rank well for keyphrases such as "airsoft rifles" and "airsoft guns". For years, we have not been able to attain high rankings, at least our statistics do not reflect high US traffic and when I search on Google and others search on Google, we do not come up in the top 30 for these terms.

However, on Scroogle, which is supposed to be an objective, unbiased Google that conducts searches using random IPs, shows us as being #2 for airsoft rifles and #5 for airsoft guns. Also, on this free rankings analysis, we are listed as having great rankings for a variety of terms, but none of that shows up in Google for me.

Most importantly, we are getting far too little US traffic for those better numbers to make sense. But then why is Scroogle showing us as ranking so high, along with this analysis? It is illogical and if I am to improve the rankings of my website, this dilemma needs to be cleared up. I have great faith in the DigitalPoint community to help figure this out!

I have not done any blackhat methods, so considering that fact, what could be another cause?

Also, keep in mind that on Google.ca, the rankings for all the targeted keywords are #1 or #2.

Try to implement manual link buildings for your site. It will solve your problem.

ranking can't be consistent for ever, as unlike you other website owners are also competing for the same. But once you achieve a good ranking then you need to be more focused and consistent about adding fresh content on regular basis or collecting relevant backlinks to maintain that position.

This all happens because may be you applied Black hats Tricks or you may be using bots for submissions so You must do it manually.Try to check if any black hat is applied or not if yes then try to overcome from it

The only thing I've done that could potentially be considered black hat is using Unique Article Wizard and SENuke two years ago, but very limitedly. Since two years ago I haven't used those programs or any other program. All links I've built besides those are 100% clean. All articles I submit to directories are unique and I personally, manually submit those articles. I've also done blog commenting, forum posting, Web 2.0 site building, and link acquisition from related sites, all completely manual.

This also doesn't explain why we would still be showing up highly in Scroogle and Google.ca. If we were penalized, wouldn't low rankings be showing on all three sites?
