    Why are my links not getting search traffic?
    My site is already indexed yet no search traffic at all. Site is a year old already
    What do i do?

    You are in a competitive niche so that might be some of it, on my tool bar it says your site is PR0 but you have backlinks - Strange..? did google penalize you for something?

    Your site is still young and you could not expect a lot of traffic comming from your links. The most important part for link building is raising your page ranks with the free search engines and not for the traffic.

    check you are targeting right keyword for your site, check those keywords in Google adword keyword reaserch tools, it will give you all information regarding global & local monthly seraches...

    Well, I checked the title of your site, I found there is only "designsbytes", I think it is not a keyword that you want to target.

    So, you should research some high searches keywords and you have to make your site accordingly understanding the competition.

    However, if you want to get traffic through SEO then it is very competitive today but you can if you did in the right way.

    What I would say is first of all learn well and clear all the doubts about search engines algorithm to do your SEO work effectively.

    Forums are good place for learning, you can ask any question in SEO forums related to web marketing, SEO etc. these questions are going to enhance your SEO skills.

    However, apart from getting traffic from search engines you can also get traffic from discussion places as well, forums, blogs are good place for getting targeted traffic but for this you have to contribute first, while contributing you would be learning a lot of thing about doing your business effectively, it would also give you good link juice to your site.

    just keep getting dofollow backlinks on high pagerank sites with your keyword as the anchor text.

    Try to get links from niche related sites like yours. Do some blog commenting and forum posting.

    You need to rank for relevant keywords not just "any old keyword", look for buying keywords within your niche
