Hi there, Does anyone use image ads in Google AdWords? I've tried few but they're all "under review". It's been few weeks since I tried first image ad but it is still under review! I've contacted Google AdWords support and they replied: "When you submit new ads or make changes to existing ads, they're immediately queued for approval. We do our best to review the ads as soon as possible, typically within three business days. You may check the status of your ad in your account by following the steps listed above." It's not three days, it's at least three weeks!! What the hell are they doing? Does anyone have a same problem?
They can take more than three business days sometimes. Three weeks is unusual. It seems ads get lost somehow but I haven't had this happen in a long time. Send them an email using their forms after a week to gently remind them your ad is still in limbo. The few times I had to do this, it cleared things up within 24 hours.
i am also facing same problem with image ad, i am going to contact with "adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/request.py?contact_type=disapprovals&origin=cluster&displayed=160732&adsl=S" i am really don't know is it good or not.
