Why are my funds frozen? Anyone can answer me? - AlertPay!

Hey. I'm writing to tell you about a situation I'm having. Well recently a few weeks ago I received a payment of $189.95 USD from a friend of mine that we know eachother in real life. The deal was I sell him my used iPhone for $200, he told me that he could pay the $10 in real life and the rest via AlertPay. I'm not sure why they are frozen, and also I've tried to withdraw them 2 times and they were declined. Forgot to check my e-mail those times and when I got the 'frozen' balance I checked and responded ASAP. Wrote a support ticket over 1 week ago and didn't get any response...

Please help me fix this issue? Thanks!

I think you need to have a "real life" talk to your friend, both sets of parents and possibly the police.

somethings not right here, I dunno how much the police would do but I'd have a talk over with my friend to resolve this.

As suggested, talk to your friend directly is the only way to get problem cleared fastly.

ALERT PAY is quite fishy and you will find many instances of people's money being frozen. They have the worst support as well as big sucker in terms of payment processing. SO if you receive money in ALERTPAY think that the money is going to charity as you will never be able to withdraw it. If I ever happen to meet the people behind Alertpay I will SPIT and SHIT over their faces.

    Hi qlogixsolutions

I’m sorry you have had such bad experiences with our customer support. Could you please give me a ticket ID so that I may look into the issue? At the very least I would like to use your case as a way to improve our customer support.

Additionally, what country are you from? I would like to look into your withdrawing options.

    Cheers
