Hello here, I’ve tried to claims these 4 blogs on technorati without success. I tried on three accounts I received the same results below: “There was a problem claiming your blog. Please try again in a few minutes. You can also go to Technorati Help for help claiming your blog.†These 4 blogs are my oldest. Funny enough the newer blogs were successful. Though I’ve written the support, but can I do?
I recommend you wait and see what support say! I've also had trouble with Technorati in the past, although not with claiming blogs. Seems their service is slightly unreliable and returns unusual results sometimes.
Did you mean my blogs. My blogs are filled with contents. Out about 13 blogs 4 were rejected. I sent mail to support and reply came that it might a while to get back to me and that I should send a reminder after a week. I sent reminder and I haven't receive reply till now. Anyway, see 2 of the blogs that were rejected and tell me your opinions: http://TheClearpores.blogspot.com http://Acne-Herbal-Remedy.blogspot.com/ Thanks
I checked out these blogs and I know why they were rejected. These blogs are actually splogs (spam blogs); meaning all their posts point towards one domain in whichever hyperlinks u have given. You're probably trying to earn by promoting a single affiliate program in all your posts, so its not really content... and neither technorati nor Big G likes that.
You might use it in a single article here and there..but to devote all your blog posts to an affiliate program is an insult to blog readers. the world wide web is trying its best to get rid of SPLOGs.....thats why technorati doesn't recognize your thing as a blog
uh, ya, those aren't blogs That's pretty much blatant splogging right there. I've seen some decent splogs that are at least *thinly* vield ;-)
Can you tell me one thing blog readers aren't insulted about? They are by and far the whiniest group of drama queens on the entire internet. While it is technorati's call on what they do or do not list who do bloggers think they are to try and decide what can and can't be on their precious internet? If we all listened to them we'd be making $0.89 per day with adsense and talking about our new purses.
Well all the best to you. But again, blog readers are not fools. I wouldn't dare try and deceive them with a blog full of advertisements and little content. Its also a matter of credibility.
