Why are my backlinks not reflected on Google?

I have 1 to 2 year old wordpress blogs that have hundreds of backlinks with Yahoo (gotten from internal linking, article marketing, commenting, blog directories, social networks), but is it that most of them get ZERO backlinks with Google? A big puzzle for me. What shall I do for these backlinks to get reflected in Google?

But zero backlink from google seem something to worry about. Or is it just normal? I wish somebody would at least tell me that the hundred backlinks from Yahoo has significant worth despite the zero bcklink from google.

By my calculation (which I am convinced is quite accurate, I keep track of all my efforts), one of my oldest blogs by now has more than 7000 links (nofollow and dofollow). Yahoo shows from around 3 700, Google shows just 30. Yet it is ranked top 3 positions for some nicely searched keywords with moderate competition, and gets traffic... and money. Don't worry about Google links, Google doesn't show majority of links, however rest assured that most of your links are properly indexed.

Google never ever shows all backlinks. I would even say it "hides" the large majority of them!!

My best advice to you is keeping building quality backlinks, and judge your success/effectiveness by your website rankings rather than trying to keep track of the number of backlinks that "get indexed". The rankings are what you're after anyways, so judge your efforts by that. The proof is in the pudding right?

You let check website title or keyword.
It depends on your keywords. For unpopular keywords, they just need 500 backlinks, but you will need much more if your keywords are more popular. To check how popular your keyword are, please look at here: ht**ps://adwords.google.com
