Why Are My Ads Still Just Color

i have all my sites on my allow list, they work on my forum, but on my blogs they are still just color. why, im using code in the header that starts like this

it might be your add is new or you have issue in keywords in your website check your website keyword... visit your site from other location

 

try putting ad any other page .. what showing ?

 

i looked at it in another browser and theyre fine, it must be firefox because my adsense on my forum doesnt show up at all in firefox but does for other browsers
