Checking source code will give you an answer. Take care of meta tags, also remove unwanted part of code.
I am surprised you don't get relevant ads for weight loss considering how many times it occurs in the article.
Your site has more google ads than it has content. How about reducing your ads to one unit and putting more content on the page. Your page looks like MFA.
I've just deleted one vertical block of adsense. And also edited meta tags. Hope these will help. So how long will it take to be crawled by google?
Advertisement displayed by adsense itself and it is depend on various types of situation and it is differ from country to country. It is refresh after some period of time.
is this happening in every country ? i mean the problem might because of geo-targeting.iam not sure how other country people see ads.Iam in india and the ads [other than the top ad] is not contextual.
