Why are England always out after the quarter final?

    Historically England has never come closer than a quarter final since the 60:ies, I've heard from someone. Is that true? Hows that?

    It's a bit hard for them to run correctly with chests jutted out. Hence, they end up losing.

    England could have won this time.
    But did you look at where they shot every single penalty?
    Slightly up, slightly to the side of the keeper.

    I mean there is no worse place to shoot a penalty! What were they thinking!
