I posted a new video today on my site humorous.tv, and I submitted the article to quite a few social bookmarks. I noticed I was getting quite a bit of traffic from digg, so I searched the title, and boom my Digg post is in the top 10, some with the Yahoo Buzz. I then searched the identical url in google, and it isn't even indexed. How can I fix this, so that I rank there instead of Digg and such. Thanks
Digg and Yahoo crush your site in ranking and traffic. Google Bots hit that site more often than it will hit your site. Build the content and popularity of your website up (backlinks) and you will notice that your pages start to get indexed faster. Use Digg and Yahoo Buzz anyway...as even with a popular website it may be tough to get above them depending on your topic.
