Because Apple softwares and apps are not only shiny and unique and it is also troublefree. But i respect windows software always.
I partly agree and partly disagree with Shawn. Microsoft has very little creativity, and is pretty ugly and boring, whilst Apple products are creative, innovative and sexy. However, both have their pros and cons, for example, the iPhone 4 failed horribly at its launch event. IMO, windows tends to be pretty stable, has much more application support [although Macs have better choice when it comes to design software], has much more room for customization, and overall, a better gaming experience. I'd give them a 50-50, I love them both.
Oh? It did? How so? Sales wise, I mean. Especially compared to Windows phone which was almost non-existant.
I agree with this guy! Thats not our problem is it? Also, that also applies to Macs having less viruses. Like I said before, both have their ups and downs, and both are good in their own respects. I respect them both.
If you ever use APPLE after being a microsoft user you will immidiatly notice the difference. Apple does well in so many fields of technology, they give you things you should get for FREE where as MS charges money.
I used an Apple with Leopard OSX for about a year. I finally gave up on the incompatibility of certain programs and wanted to run things that would only run in Windows. I'm sorry to say this to the Apple users...but Windows 7 is a pretty good operating system. So after being an Apple user for a year to make sure it wasn't better, I went back to Windows 7 and MS. I'm sure that it's personal preference and someone here might argue this. I use what works, and what's 100% compatible with what I do...that's build websites, do graphic design, and use a lot of tools that are only available on Windows. I hear people say that graphic design is better on a MAC. The only thing that's better on a MAC in my opinion is making music. Apple laptops run cooler and are more stable. Guess what I am trying to say is that I guess it depends on what you need. Apple is going to end up king over MS because of it's foothold in the mobile market. They killed it with iPhone and the iPad I think was just a bit premature. But as soon as cloud computing comes into full swing, you're going to see a lot more of this.
Not sales wise my friend, it had almost no signal connectivity, and Steve Jobs lame excuse was to hold it in a bannana position. I'd advise you to watch the launch event again.
I'd advise YOU to read ANYTHING that says there was "almost no signal connectivity". The truth is: if you SOMETIMES held the phone in a certain way, you MIGHT get reduced signal which MIGHT drop a call. Not always, not for everyone and not everywhere! Get the facts, man.
LOL cmon. If you're stating this then you haven't used Windows7 plain and simple. Windows7 is far superior over XP in a lot of ways. Now Vista was a real resource hog and super sluggish. It turned a lot of people off and people would go back to XP. If you were saying this before Win7 was released, I'd be agreeing with you. If you haven't used Windows7, then at least give it a try. I'm pretty happy with it. It does what I need and that's most important.
hi,, I'm Larry and for me,, Microsoft is much user friendly, maybe because I use it all the time in my work. I had used apple before but I only get confused on the features,,, maybe because I'm not familiar on it. but still better for me...
