    You are not gonna get banned. There was some settings in adsense accounts where you can turn them off. Not able to dig it right now as I'm pretty busy, but have a look around there. It was smth like "if there are no relevant ads, to display public ads..."

    Cheers

    PSA ads are very much possible - depending on the content of your blog. Just check that this is when you visit the home page of your blog - or when you view a particular blog post.

    I am sure this is on the homepage or with a certain blog post. this may happen when no ads matching to your content is visible or no ads for your country location is available.

    Do look at the things which i pointed.

    Hope it helps...

    They display them when there are no adverts on the subject of your site.

    Just a question::

    When did you actually placed these adsense ads? Just now or this is a old blog with adsense?

    Did you re-do the ads or just paste them from your old blog?
    Try just re-doing the ads and repasting them in, sometimes they just get stuck.
