Why am I listed on google above PR3 sites?

    I thought PR rank drove search result positioning. But I'm finding my bid directory listed above PR3 sites when my site has PR0 because it's new. Why is this happening? Does this mean that I should expect an increase in PR fairly soon?

    Hi mcmuney PR has nothing to do with the SERP which you are confused at Pr has nothing to do with any thing it's only a image to make you happy. Improve your back links with the sites related to your niche and improving your content to unique and firing will make your SERP more.
