When I login to my Wordpress account, I get this error message on a blank white screen:

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/listsher/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 220"

What is wrong? This came out of nowhere.

I bet it's a plugin breaking your wordpress install. Maybe,

    1. Backup your /wp-content/plugins/
    2. The delete the plugin folders in that folder one by one until the site is restored. Then you have the culprit!

Oh, it might be hacked too and not plugins.
Check index.php for code added to the top that looks like <?php eval(unreadablejunkhere); ...

And check the bottom of wp-settings.php for anything odd,

and you may have to do alot more but let's wait and see what's up first.
