Why am I allways the Duplicated Content site?

I don´t know why this happens and how to avoid... It's very annoying. Everytime someone copy my content, my site suffer a penalty from google. As soon as I remove the content everything went normal again. Why am I being penalized if my content is posted and indexed first?

are you sure your content is indexed first? even if is not indexed are you sure google is penalizing you as i am not sure that google penalizes with such high frequency.moreover if you are penilized, things can't get normal so quickly as u have stated...i doubt you

believe me, I'm indexed, then someone copy my content to a forum for example and I fall down in serps, then I remove my page from google index through google webmaster tools and my site move up in serps again. I had experience this more than once and with more than one page...

I have a copyscape banner on all my pages but the only think it can do is try to persuase others to copy, it can't avoid that....

you have a copyscape banner, then I go to your site, copy your content and copy on my site: what can copyscape do? warn you, nothing more...

get better quality links inbound, and then your site will rank best for its own content.

the more important your domain, the less likely you are to be outranked by a more powerful one for the same content.

If someone posts your content on other domains, let's say it's a portion of your content and not a mirror site. Typically that will not draw a penalty, the oldest version of the content and/or the highest pagerank will typically win and the copies will either not show, or rank poorly. Now, if someone from a highly trusted, high PR site posts your content, you might loose your ranking for that page but unlikely affect the other pages on your site.

it happened believe me. if you want to try for yourself buy some links in tnx. you're site is removed from google index, then remove the links and you're site appears again as magic....

If you are the legal owner of content and someone is copying your content, file for DMCA and contact Google that this site is violating DMCA by copying your content. They will be gone from G index. Ofcourse you have to prove that you are the owner of content.

How do you go about "proving" the contents is yours?? Doesn't Google simply take the contents that was indexed FIRST, and let the chips fall where they may??
