Why always csync.php is getting downloaded from Wordpress Blog? Please Help

    A csync.php file is always getting downloaded while I'm accessing one page to another from pagination in my blog (CMS:wordpress)? - What's the error? Why always csync.php is getting downloaded? Please Help.
