First Of All They Dont have any religion.. These are extremist or peoples whose brains are washed

In India there are Naxals, Maiosts , LTTE all these arent muslims but they too spread terror they arent termed as terrorist but they too are spreading terror

Plus some Hindu extremist are also caught in the act of terrorism parties are backing them up unfortunately

We have VHP Bajrang Dal Killing , Raping christians in Orrisa, Karnataka they too are spreading terror.

Shiv Sena, MNS are also spreading terror..

Religion and Politics Mixture is causing Issues in India ..

    We Need To Be Secularist

Many? You might want to check your facts, most terrorist act come from nations where Islam dominates. The far distant second group would be separatist like the Basques or Tamils.

Here's a good terrorist list to check.

Terrorism, can be of many forms and by many people.

The thing that many people here are missing, is that the view of terrorism is different from person to person.

Sure, we may call people terrorists, but in their minds, they are freedom fighters.

I know that it is not right, but still it happens.

As for religion, there is no link with it and terrorism.

I am atheist, and sure I might become a terrorist (Not really)... but the point is, anyone here could be a terrorist or a freedom fighter and may come from many back grounds...

    ~ Mike

PS. What are your thoughts on this?

Please save the bollywood crap in your homes ok? Your media is a joke, like more of a joke than Bill O and his Fox team.

Hindu extremists are tearing up your country, if you want to hide behind the blame game, be my guest, but do not come crying to the international community when YOUR country is run over by Hindu extremists who want nothing more than destruction!

Terrorism is not limited to religious extremist groups like those who seem to have perpetrated the horrors in Mumbai. The word 'terrorism' refers to anyone who uses fear or violence (or both) to try to get a message across, control people, or get their way. There have been plenty of terrorists who had nothing to do with religion, and their message was political, or even just a personal sense of vigilante justice.

And I am afraid we will be seeing more and more of all of the above from here. We already are, from the massacre in Mumbai to the death threats against Obama in the US, to mall shootings.

Please add the gang rapes, massacres, razing churches and homes, forced conversion, kicking out people out of their land...by Hindu extremists.
Sometimes it's better to look in one's own country than to divert the attention.

muslims that are killed by non-muslim since 2001 are already hundreds of thousands

if an afghan village is bombed by NATO and dozens children/women killed. there would be hardly any news coming out

    terrorism is a relative matter

Oh yeah.. the above sentence is from the man who is from the LAND OF PEACE.:D

They don't have gang rapes / rapes / massacres / razing churches, temples, and homes. They don't have forced conversions there. They didnt kick out people out of their lands.

If most of the worlds population is part of a religion it stands to reason that most terrorists will part of a religion.
