    One of my sites was declined by google because the word "breast" was in one of my posts and they thought it was an adult site.

    I think , you should try applying again after removing advertising medias like chitika , clicksor , etc that are already running on your blog. Stay away from this till your blog gets approved. Let me know, if this works for you. :)

    Google has so many policies. Before you do anything, adwords or adsense, read all their policies very carefully first. My adwords account was banned because I didn't read their policy and did something wrong. Personally I hate google policies!

    I think your blog have low traffic so adsense team rejected, Gain more traffic, daily 500+ visitors. Post quality content with relevant information.
