Because, they made a transaction? Just because something is big, popular, famous, in no way means they should be above paying for things. If anything, they should pay more, and us little guys should get off free ;)

What about withdrawing money to Credit Card directly from adsense?
More Easy, Fast and Less fees. That cheque thing is old fashioned.

If you don't live in the US it costs a lot of money to cash out a check issued in the US. Paypal or Moneybooker would be great alternatives! Doesn't mean the checks have to go away, just add more possibilities to cash out! SY

Google Checkout is a complete competitor to PayPal, So Google Adsense doesn't use it :)

PayPal payments would increase fraud. By sending a check to a physical address or to a bank account Google can verify your identity. If they used PayPal it would be easier for banned publishers to re-apply or others to sign up from a different country.

paypal payments would be a bad idea in my opinion. Google deal with payments pretty damn well as it is.
Paypal charge quite a lot on money going in (and if your getting $100+ every month then it ads up to a lot of money wasted).

it¡s not about knowing if Paypal sucks or not, it's all about Paypal belongs to a Google's competitor so not going to happen.

Do you really want to give Google the ability to chargeback Adsense payments from your Paypal account?
