Why Adsense display as blank on Homepage header (Below Navbar)?

It's odd that below navbar (728x90 adsense) just doesn't work some how.
Advertising->Add new AD or manage ads

    Is it a size problem?
First post content works fine as this example post.

But global below navbar doesn't work.
Does that mean I need to add the adsense code into template directly?

I don't see any code inserted below navbar. Are you sure that the ad in you vB ad manager has been saved properly?

Yes, I am sure I did everything as to first post content.
No idea why the adsense code doesn't display in the front-end html code.
I even update all the counter including caches.
Will insert into template by hand for saving time to test.
    thanks for the reply.

Yes. You need to add adsense in template - ad_global_below_navbar under Ad Location Template
