Why Adsense did not pay Finalized Earnings!

    I have used Adsense of my Friends by never had my own Adsense account!

    But i saw from diffrent groups and forums adsense eat money of their publishers!
    If the payment is finalized then there is no reason of not paying even if account is disable!
    Finalized payment is only legal money! Adsense you have to pay for Finalized Payment at least!

    I would Adsense team at think about it!
    And they still they have to pay all finalized earnings which are stopped due to disabling of account!

    Adsense has very ambigious policy. They do not tell their publishers why they disabled their accounts? They do not even reply their mail. It is really unethical to eat finalized earning.
