Why AdSense DHL waybill address not correct every time?

    Hello!

    I use AdSense secure express delivery method. Every DHL way bill, my city name missing. Under the city name shows "NOT SUPPLIED". Though I have correctly added my address details including my city name. Someone know how to correct it?
